1. Subscribe and enable the agent
If the main subscription cannot be successfully subscribed, it is usually a network issue that prevents the online rules from being pulled successfully.
You can switch the alternate subscription (no rules) to connect to the line and then re-subscribe with the primary subscription to get the online rules.
